After an extremely successful season by our junior squad, we are now ' NATIONAL MARATHON SERIES CHAMPIONS ' in the junior 'LIGHTNING' Class.

Our junior paddlers have proved their pedigree by winning The ' Geoff Sanders Trophy ' which is awarded for points gained in races, throughout the year, plus points won at the final.

Whilst there were many excellent individual performances, this achievement was the result of a tremendous team effort, which shows that everyone counts.

In August, at the 'National Marathon Championships, the same team were narrowly beaten, for first place, by Lincoln Canoe Club.
