Breakfast:
6 Weetabix, banana, yogurt, coffee,
1 teaspoon of Creatine and 1 Vitamin tablet
Mid Morning Snack:
1 Apple, two cereal bars and 1 Pint of Milk
Lunch:
14oz Rare Steak and Green Salad
(Tomato, Cucumber, Radishes & Onion) + 1 pint of milk
Mid Afternoon Snack
4 Kiwi Fruit (minus skin)! & a plain greek style yogurt .
Dinner
Complete Medium sized Roast Chicken, Mashed Potato,
Green Beans and Gravy +
1 pint of milk with 1 teaspoon of Creatine mixed in.
